Cake Time: for schools
Whether you're a modern-day Mrs Beeton or you just fancy messing about in class with some shop-bought cakes and a tube of icing, Shelter's Cake Time gives you the perfect excuse to get creative.
We're suggesting you host Cake Time during the last two weeks of term, but if this doesn't suit, pick any day you like.
Display the posters in prominent spots around your school, and mention the event in assembly.
Tuck in, and HAVE FUN.
Once they've eaten their fill, ask each child to make a £1 donation – teachers might want to contribute a bit more.
