Don't forget to ask all of your guests to complete the Gift Aid section on the back of the form. We need to have the person's home address details and the individual amount they donated to claim the Gift Aid.
Please don't send cash in the post. Bank all cash and any cheques made payable to you and send us the money in one of these three easy ways:
Please include your completed donation/Gift Aid form so we can claim Gift Aid on your guests' donations – this can boost the value of donations by up to 25%. Please also send in this form even if you donate online.
